3. Creation Timeline: Creating a custom portrait may take 4 weeks or longer, depending on our schedule. Please allow sufficient time for completion, especially if the artwork is for a specific occasion.

Payment Policy

• All payments are required upfront to secure your order.
• Payments can be made through the available payment options listed on the website.

Cancellations and Modifications

1. Cancellations: Customers may cancel their order and receive a full refund only if the artwork has not yet been started.
2. Modifications: While every effort is made to meet your expectations, we are happy to make minor adjustments to the completed artwork. However, the quality of the result depends on the clarity and suitability of the reference photo provided.

Use of Digital Products

1. Personal Use: Digital images purchased from oldfriends.au are for personal use only. You may print and display them or use them in non-commercial projects.
2. Prohibited Uses: Digital products may not be resold, reproduced for commercial purposes, or uploaded to print-on-demand platforms.

Disclaimers

1. Artwork Quality: The final artwork quality depends on the clarity and quality of the reference photo provided. Customers submitting poor-quality images acknowledge that the results may be less detailed.
2. Color Differences: Colors in digital images may vary slightly when displayed on different screens or printed.

Intellectual Property Rights

1. Ownership: All intellectual property rights for the custom portraits and digital artworks remain with oldfriends.au.
2. Limited License: Customers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased artwork for personal use.

Liability

oldfriends.au is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, such as postal delays. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information and reference photos provided during the ordering process.
